This luxury SIP house project in the heart of the East Sussex countryside is one we’re particularly proud of. Set within the centre of several acres, the property offered the perfect setting for a high-quality, contemporary build.
Working with my skilled team of just four erectors, we successfully completed the structural shell within an impressive four to five weeks. The majority of the build was erected by hand, demonstrating the efficiency and precision of SIP construction. Due to the scale and complexity of the roof design, a crane was brought in for a short period to manage the large volume of SIP roof panels safely and accurately.
The result is a striking, energy-efficient home with exceptional structural performance — a project that truly showcases the speed, quality, and craftsmanship achievable with SIP construction.
