Jeremy, a Brighton & Hove season ticket holder, wanted a luxury space to enjoy away games and the occasional England match, while Mandy envisioned a cinema-style escape to relax and watch her favourite films and series. With this in mind, we designed and built a bespoke entertainment space featuring a Dolby Atmos 7.2 surround sound system, a large-screen TV, integrated LED strip lighting, comfortable seating, and a fully fitted mini bar — creating the perfect lounge-style garden room.

Externally, the building was finished with Canadian cedar cladding and a durable rubber roof, giving it a striking, contemporary appearance that sits beautifully within the garden. Following completion of the main build, we were delighted to continue working with the clients by installing custom decking and sleeper features, tying the entire outdoor space together and completing the overall look.

The finished result is a stylish, functional, and truly personal garden room — a space that’s as impressive as it is enjoyable.
