Following the successful completion of three SIP homes in East Grinstead, we were commissioned to construct the property developer’s own private SIP residence — a strong endorsement of the quality delivered on the earlier phase of works.

This impressive Kingspan SIP home, designed by Ben Nicols, is set within a quiet private estate known for its characterful properties. The build combines modern SIP construction with a setting that complements the surrounding homes, delivering both efficiency and high-end finish.

In addition to the main house, we also constructed a detached garage alongside the property and a bespoke bar and games room at the rear of the garden, creating a fully rounded and highly functional living environment.
